Mary-Elaine Tynan
Mary-Elaine Tynan is an educational consultant and documentary maker. As a part-time secondary English and French teacher she is in touch with the latest developments in education and any curriculum changes. She also lectures and mentors in teaching training programmes in Trinity College and Hibernia College. Mary-Elaine also works as a freelance journalist. She has made a number of TV and radio documentaries, including several for RTÉ Radio 1’s Documentary on One, one of which was nominated for a PPI Award this year. She specialises in making classroom resources using radio and TV documentaries as the primary text, based on the new Junior Cycle specification. @mary-elaine
